Working Hard for the best event of 2025.

Here we are, about minus 300 days away from our event or, better, your event!

Preparing for a big event is always complex. It requires careful planning from the smallest detail to the largest, and we assure you that the tasks checklist is almost endless.

This time, in a beautiful hillside location with around 150/200 hectares at our disposal, we will need the support of many partners and service companies.

Previous editions have prompted us to devise a completely new organisation that will perfect the food and accommodation sector. We are planning to accommodate both campers and tents in order to enjoy the event in its entirety, all enhanced by food stands at your disposal.

We also plan to extend the first day on Saturday until midnight, with music, entertainment, street food & BBQ.

Special attention will be given to our entire search area where we will hide gold coins, silver bars and FIMD doubloons to secure you wonderful prizes.

We have some surprises in store that will probably remain surprises until the event days!

We invite all Groups and Associations to bring your flags and gadgets to exchange with others.

To reach us from abroad, the best solution might be to fly to Bologna airport and then rent a vehicle. Later on, we will also provide you with a list of accommodation facilities close to the event.
